waaaaaa- whinning is different than complaining

waaaa's are indeed allowed on my blog (no complaining though). WAAAAAA: My neck hurts and I have disequilibrium big time, which is the sensation of being off balance, I have vertigo bothering me most when I turn my head. Been like this one week now- I want an MRI right this second but the MRI place is suppose to contact me within two weeks to make the appointment. Ok I know there are people who are worst off but it still S*C'S. I mean then what? They call me in two weeks and then we schedule it a month later. I will be totally retarded by then. This must be health appreciation week for me as I would really appreciate feeling well.
