yay Matt!

check out the June 2005 issue of National Geographic- page 38. That is one of my favorite persons in the picture with the light blue shirt on in the back- Matt Rafferty - he is probably the most dedicated school teacher on the PLANET and one of the cool things he does is take his middle schoolers to the Chesapeake Bay every year to do cool things like(quoting from NG below)

"catch crabs, dredge for oysters and appreciate the bay's natural bounty. " and LOL
"The take home message: Everyone Lives upstream".

National Geographic should have given him a litte more credit and publisthed his name instead to referring to him as an "educator and watermen" . anyway, check it out!
